DreamBox Math Family Dashboard: Update Child's Name, Grade Level, and Other Details (Families)

DreamBox Math home subscribers can update their children's  name, gender, language, grade level, time zone, or school from inside your DreamBox Math family dashboard.

Which Details Can I Adjust?

Depending on your family account, you may be able to edit your child's:

  • First name
  • Last name (optional)
  • Gender
  • Language
  • Grade level
  • Time Zone
  • School Name (optional)

Changing the grade level will not change the student's curricular level. If you need to update your child's DreamBox Math placement, contact our Customer Support Team

Editing Student Information as a Home Subscriber

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.

  • When your Account Settings page opens, select Child Information.

  • If you have more than one child on your home subscriber account, scroll through your children's account cards and click Edit <Child's Name> Information on their card.

  • When your child's information opens, enter the updated information for all fields you wish to edit, and click Save.

Can I Change the Difficulty of the Lessons my Student is Receiving?

If lessons are far too difficult or easy for a student and they are unable to wait for DreamBox to adapt to their optimal learning zone, please reach out to our Customer Support Team
