After uploading an Educator or Student/Classroom spreadsheet you may see that the file contains Warnings. Warnings highlight what will be created, updated, or show a change you may not have intended if you submit your file, like:
- Optional information that is in an unsupported format.
- Which new classrooms will be created
- The sample data in the top rows of the spreadsheet template is still included in the file.
Any rows that trigger a warning do not need to be edited before you can upload and submit the file successfully, but we wanted to highlight this information so you could review it and choose to fix it or submit the spreadsheet. |
Possible Spreadsheet Warnings
The table below lists all possible warnings that the system will identify, what the warning means, and what actions to take if you choose to resolve it.
