DreamBox Math Family Dashboard: Signing in & Resetting Your Password

Both Home subscriptions and Free School Family subscriptions of DreamBox Math include access to the DreamBox Math family dashboard to track student learning. This article walks through:

• How to set up your family account as a home subscriber or a school family
• Signing in to your family dashboard

Setting up Your Family Account

If you haven't set up your family account, use the links below to open instructions on how to create one depending on your child's subscription type. 

Home Subscribers

School Family Accounts

I have a home subscription if: 

• I started a home subscriber trial account
• I purchased DreamBox Math independently from a traditional school system. 

How do I set up access to my DreamBox Math family dashboard? 

Your DreamBox Math family dashboard and program access was set up as soon as you started the trial or purchased your subscription.

My child uses DreamBox Math through their school.

How do I set up access to my DreamBox Math family dashboard?

Set up a free family dashboard by signing into your child's DreamBox Math account and following the prompts to set up your account.

Signing in to your Family Dashboard

After setting up family access, you can sign in to your DreamBox Math family dashboard on a laptop or desktop computer, Chromebook, or tablet.

You can't sign into your family dashboard through the DreamBox Math iPad app. The app is only for students to use to access the program. If you want to sign into your family dashboard on an iPad or tablet, you need to use a web browser.

To sign in to your DreamBox Math family dashboard:

• Open a web browser and navigate to: https://play.dreambox.com. When the DreamBox Math direct login page opens, enter your email address and password, click Log In, and then select Family Dashboard. 

Resetting Your Password

• Open a web browser and navigate to: https://play.dreambox.com. When the DreamBox Math direct login page opens, select Forgot Password?

• On the Forgot Your Password page, type the email address you used to create your family account, click the box next to I'm not a robot, and click Submit. 

• You will receive an email from which you can update your password and sign in again. 

If you don't receive an email within a few minutes: Check your email spam mailbox or other filters. Try resending the password reset email.  Click here to open our troubleshooting article.
