Our system sometimes puts a "hold" on your account that can appear to be a second charge. This hold should be released within a week. You can view a full list of payments under your Account Settings on your Parent Insight Dashboard.
1) Click on the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard and select Account Settings.
2) Click My Subscription.
3) Click Review your order history.
This will show you a full list of charges, refunds, and voids that have been made to your account. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at homesupport@dreambox.com.
