How do I request a password reset link?

Open https://play.dreambox.com or your school-specific login page.

Click Forgot Password?

- After the password reset page opens, type your email, select the box to confirm you are not a robot, and click the Submit button.
How do I change my password from an email link?
If you submitted a valid email address, you will receive an email with a personalized link containing a secure token to update your password. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folders for this email as the link will only be valid for 24 hours.

Click the link in your email to access the password reset page.

Type your new password, following the password requirements and suggestions below.

Password requirements and suggestions
Enter a new password that meets the following requirements:

Has 12 or more characters.

Contains a minimum of 2 different characters.

Does NOT consist entirely of consecutive ascending (e.g. 12345) or descending (e.g. 54321) numeric characters.

Is NOT a previous password.

To make your password as secure as possible, we suggest using a passphrase instead of a password. For example, you could choose something like “MyD0gzName1sAld0”, which is easy to remember (if your dog’s name is Aldo). You can make it more secure by doing one or all of the following:
- Using different letter case tha(capital or lowercase)
- Inserting a number in place of a letter (like in "Name1s")
- Using alternative spellings (like in “D0gz”)
| Keep in mind it’s important to use different passwords for each site. If your district allows it, you could use a password manager. |

A: Follow the same steps above to reset your password, which will generate a new link to use. If you still are unable to access your personalized reset link, please contact DreamBox Customer Support.
