Who Can Access DreamBox Using DreamBox SSO?

DreamBox Single Sign-On (SSO) enables students, teachers, and administrators to access DreamBox Math after they log in to their district portal without having to log in a second time. This includes:

  • Students
  • Teachers
  • School Administrators
  • District Administrators

Each user must be shared with DreamBox through DreamBox ARM. For example, if you create a student using the tools in your Insight Dashboard before the student is shared through DreamBox ARM, that student will not be able to sign into DreamBox using DreamBox SSO.

How Do I Set Up DreamBox SSO?

Step 1: Complete the Integrations & Access Request Form

Click here to open and complete the SSO request  form. If you have any questions, reach out to our Customer Support Team

Step 2: Share authentication data with our Customer Support Team

DreamBox Single Sign-On (SSO) is a SAML 2.0 framework designed to work with Active Directory. In order to set up SSO, please share your metadata URL and ID Attribute name with our Customer Support Team.  DreamBox uses your SAML Name ID, which contains your SAML ID, to map and authenticate user accounts. Customer Success will use this to configure your account.

Step 3: Add the DreamBox Math icon to your district or school portal as a link to DreamBox Math.

After configuring your SSO, a member of our Customer Support Team will share a DreamBox logo and redirect URL. Use these to set up a link to DreamBox.
