How Do I Cancel My DreamBox Math Home Subscription?

You can cancel your Home DreamBox Math subscription at any time from your family dashboard. If you cancel your account within 30 days of your initial subscription you will receive a full refund. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.  

To cancel your DreamBox Math home subscription:

  • Click the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the dashboard and select Account Settings.

  • When the Account Settings page opens, click My Subscription.

  • When the Manage your Subscription options open, click Cancel a subscription.

To cancel a subscription for only one child, select Child Information on the left-hand side of the Account Settings page and click Cancel <child's> subscription in the information box.
