You can cancel your DreamBox subscription at any time from your Family Insight Dashboard. If you cancel your account within 30 days of your initial subscription you will receive a full refund. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at support@dreambox.com.
1) Click on the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
2) Select Account Settings.
3) Click My Subscription.
4) Click Cancel a subscription.
To cancel a subscription for only one child, select Student Information on the left-hand side of the Account Settings page and click Cancel this Subscription in the information box for the student whose subscription you wish to cancel.
