Confirm Software Version
Sometimes you need to enable restrictions on your iPad to keep your student or child from accessing harmful or inappropriate content, but this can interfere with the Math or Reading Park apps. The iPad software version (iPadOS) will inform how to troubleshoot to see if device restrictions could be interfering with how the Math or Reading Park apps are functioning.

iPad Restrictions (Pre-iOS 12)
To verify if you have restrictions turned on, navigate to Settings General Restrictions:
If restrictions are on, enter your pin (if you have one) to gain access to the restrictions and scroll down until you find Websites under the Allowed Content section:
There are three types of settings for websites; All Websites, Limit Adult Content, or Specific Websites Only. If you have Specific Websites Only selected, you must add DreamBox to the site list To do this, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add a Website... and add play.dreambox.com to the allowed websites:
iPad Restrictions (iOS 12 and Above)
Go to Screen Time, located under Settings. Proceed to the Content & Privacy Restrictions section, tap on Content Restrictions and select Web Content.
There are three settings; Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, and Allowed Websites Only:
