Quick Start (Get Ready in Minutes)
Before your child signs in, make sure:
- You are using a supported device (computer, Chromebook, or iPad)
- Your internet connection is stable
- Your web browser or app is up to date

Preparing Computers, Laptops, & Chromebooks
Step 1: Check system requirements
To make sure DreamBox Math products run smoothly:

Step 2: Check your web browser and device operating system
If your child will play DreamBox Math on a desktop computer, desktop computer, or Chromebook, make sure to:
- Check that the device's operating system is updated to the most current version.
- Verify that your web browser is up to date.

Step 3: Bookmark the DreamBox Math Login Page (Recommended)
To make signing in from a web browser easier for your child, bookmark the DreamBox Math Login page (Clever, ClassLink, district portal, or DreamBox URL). This allows them to log in quickly without typing the full website each time

Step 4: Review Your Home Security Settings
If you have set up any home internet security settings, these may prevent DreamBox Math from loading properly. To ensure DreamBox Math can access everything it needs to run correctly, try these:
- Add dreambox.com to your list of trusted sites.
- Check your home internet provider and/or device parental controls, and antivirus/internet filters.
