Use the recommendations below to help ensure your district and school devices are ready to run DreamBox products.
Review DreamBox System Requirements
- Click here to open and review the minimum Math & Reading Park system requirements.
- Click here to see if the device you are using meets the Math system requirements.
Review Security Settings
If you have any security, parental control, or content filtering software running, please make sure dreambox.com is added to the list of trusted sites. This is very important, as aggressive web security and filters can limit DreamBox Learning's access to the resources it needs to run properly.

Prepare Web Browsers
Update Browsers
Make sure web browsers on all devices have been updated to the most recent version. The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, as well as the current ESR version of Firefox – are always supported.
If you have questions about additional browsers, click here to learn more or reach out to DreamBox Customer Support. |
Confirm Browser Consistency
Confirm all computers are using the same web browser with the same settings. To keep the student experience as consistent as possible at your school, it is best to use one main browser and have a back-up browser installed to help troubleshoot if errors arise.
Ideally, any browsers you use should be set to accept automatic updates. |
Bookmark your DreamBox Login Site
It is helpful to bookmark the site students will use to log in to DreamBox Math and Reading Park on each computer. This could be your district Clever, ClassLink, or district portal or your school's unique DreamBox Math direct login URL. Instead of typing the full URL, students can click the favorites button at the top of the web browser and navigate directly to the page. If you are unsure how to favorite a site on your web browser, search "favorite" and the name of your web browser to find directions on the Internet.
