Renew or Repurchase a DreamBox Math Home Subscription

Your DreamBox Math Home Subscription will automatically renew after the subscription period ends so that your student can continue learning without any interruptions. However, if you canceled your subscription before the automatic renewal or if the subscription was unable to renew due to a change with your payment information, the subscription will end and you will need to purchase a new subscription. If you need to purchase a new subscription, your student's progress will not be lost.

FAQs

Q: If one of my children's accounts has expired, will they need to start over in DreamBox Math?
A: When you repurchase a subscription for one of your children, they will pick up right where they left off in DreamBox Math.  If you notice that lessons are much too difficult or well below your child's current understanding after they start playing again, reach out to our Customer Support Team to discuss updating their placement in the program.
