Preparing Devices

If your device meets the minimum supported operating system, screen resolution, and browser version linked above, follow the steps below to make sure your device is ready to run Reading Plus.

Check your web browsers

  • Update your web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and/or Safari) to the most recent version.
  • Bookmark the site your student will use to log in to Reading Plus on your preferred web browser. This could be your district Clever, ClassLink, or district portal or your school's unique DreamBox Math direct login URL.

Review your security settings

If you have any security, parental control, or content filtering software running, please make sure the following are added to the list of trusted sites:

  • .readingplus.com
  • .digicert.com

Web security and filters can limit the program's access to the resources it needs to run properly. Our System Requirements help article contains a complete list of domains you need to allow.
