Students can log into Reading Park on an iPad in two ways. This article walks through both ways students can log into Reading Park via iPad.

Logging in Using Single Sign-On
Preparing the iPad & Gathering the Login Information You or Your Student Needs
Before you begin, make sure the following apps have been downloaded on the iPad, or updated to the most recent version:

Note: You can navigate to the Clever Portal or the ClassLink Launchpad via Safari, but using their apps will provide a more streamlined and independent experience for students. |
To make sure the login process goes as smoothly as possible, make sure you know how the student will log in and have their credentials ready.
- If a student will type their username and password to log in, you need the student’s district single sign-on username and password.
- If the student will use a Clever Badge or ClassLink QuickCard, make sure you have these ready.
Logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO)
Step 1: Tap the Clever, ClassLink Launchpad, or ClassLink QuickCard app, and follow the directions to log in using text password, Clever Badge, or ClassLink Quick Card.

Step 2: When the app opens, select the Reading Park icon. The student's Reading Park account will open and they can start playing.
Note: Students' SSO login credentials are created and managed by your school or district. DreamBox Customer Support does not have access to them. If you need to verify your student's login credentials please contact your student's teacher and/or district IT department. |
Logging in Using Direct Login
Prepare your iPad and Gather the Login Information You or Your Student Needs
Before you begin, make sure you have downloaded the Reading Park app, or updated it to the most recent version.

Have the following login information for the student ready:
- Unique School Code
- Student Classroom Code
- Student picture password
Families: You should have received this information from your student's teacher. If you do not have it, please reach out to the school. |
Logging in via Direct Login
- Tap the Reading Park app, enter the School code, and tap the check mark.
- The school page opens. Select Student Login.
- Enter the classroom code and tap the check mark.
- Select the student's avatar/name.
- Select the student's picture password.
The first time a student logs in they will be prompted to select and then confirm the picture they want to use as their password. |
Troubleshooting Login FAQs
Q: How do I validate a student’s username or password? |
A: Students' login credentials are created and managed by your school or district. DreamBox Customer Support does not have access to them and will not be able to assist you if you reach out.
- Educators: Reach out to your district IT department.
- Families: Contact your student’s teacher.
Q: I don’t have my student’s Clever Badge or ClassLink QuickCard. How do I get them? |

Q: When I tapped the Reading Park app on the iPad I saw a message that I need to launch it from an SSO page. What do I do now? |
A: Instead of opening the Reading Park app directly to log in, you need to first open either your district SSO portal on a web browser or tap the Clever, ClassLink Launchpad, or ClassLink QuickCard app (depending on which SSO portal your district is using.
