Reading Plus Educator Dashboard: Printing Student Usernames and Passwords (Teachers)

This article walks through how to save or print student usernames and passwords for a class. 

Support Icons_Tip Box_50px.png Note: Sites that use single sign-on (SSO) for student logins (like Clever Instant Login or ClassLink Single Sign-On) will not have access to the Student Usernames & Passwords Report.

 

Opening and Printing the Class Usernames & Passwords Report

  • From the sidebar in your educator dashboard, click the Classes button, select the name of the class you want to view, and then click the Student Usernames & Passwords link inside the Quick Links tile.

  • When the Class Usernames & Passwords Report window opens, click the Print / Download button and select View Report PDF.

  • You will see a notification at the bottom of the screen confirming the report PDF is being generated.

  • When the report of all students' usernames and passwords opens in a new tab or window, follow the directions on your device to either save the PDF and / or print it.
