Enrolling Students: FAQs
| Q: Why can't I select a student in the STUDENT LIST section? I want to enroll them in the class but I can't click the checkbox. |
A: There are two reasons why you may not be able to select a student to enroll them in a class.
- Option 1: The student is already enrolled in a class and students at your school can be enrolled in one class only.
If the student is already enrolled in a class in the Enroll / Unenroll window and you are unable to check the box next to that student's name, this is the most common reason.
- Option 2: You are not assigned to the student's primary class as a teacher.
If a teacher is not assigned to the student's primary class, they cannot add that student to another class or remove the student from their primary class.
|
If if a student is unenrolled from their primary class by either the teacher of that class or an administrator, another class they are enrolled in will become their primary class by default. |
