Back to School: DreamBox Administrator Guide

The first day of school is just around the corner, and now is the best time to make sure all of your DreamBox products are ready when teachers need them. Below is our recommended timeline and technical set-up task lists that should ensure DreamBox Math, Reading Plus, and/or Reading Park is ready when you need it.

Before the End of the School Year

1) Discuss and confirm the following information with your DreamBox representative.

Rostering Method & Timeline

Support Icons_Tip Box_50px.png Note: If this is your first time sharing rosters with DreamBox or you will use a different rostering or authentication method this year, you must complete our Integrations & Access Request Form
  • How much time do you need to prepare updated rosters for the new school year in your system before you upload them or share them with DreamBox?
  • When will you share your rosters with DreamBox? Will you share them at different times for different products?
Support Icons_Tip Box_50px.png Note: When determining this date, please plan for your roster updates to take up to two business days to process after they are received by DreamBox, depending on the method you use.

DreamBox Math Launchpad & Placement

  • For Math: Will you be using the DreamBox Math Launchpad Assessment to place students at the beginning of the new school year? If so, how will teachers in your district know this and know where to send questions or get support?

Internal Communication Method & Timing

2) Review what features will be released for the new school year.
