The Long-Term Assignment Progress Report (Home Subscribers)
On a Long-Term Assignment, click View to view the student's detailed Progress Report for the assignment. At the top of the Student Assignment Report you can see the assignment details, including:
- Your child's name
- Total time spent on the assignment
- Total completed lessons
- Time Spent
- Overall progress pfercentage
| *If you see Other Lessons in the Assignment tile, these lessons are related lessons the student completed before the assignment was created. |
The Proficiency Graph
The Proficiency Graph compares a student's progress (Trend Line) with the trajectory needed to become proficient in the standard or cluster over the assignment duration (Aim Line). Hover over the trend line plot points in order to view the exact percentage of proficiency that week. At a glance, you can see if your child is on track to meet the standard.
The weekly time spent on the assignment and the number of lessons your child completed during the assignment are noted below each week's number on the Baseline. This also displays your child's progress percentage for that week.
|
If your child is falling below the aim line and they have multiple paused lessons, multiple lessons completed without demonstrated understanding, or if they are spending a long time on each lesson, they may need additional guidance through their lessons or a review of the lesson concept. If your child needs a short-term assignment created to review a concept, you need to cancel the long-term assignment to prevent your child from receiving duplicate lessons. The long-term assignment can be reassigned at a later date. |
Completed Lesson Table
The Completed Lesson Table is located below the Proficiency Graph. The Lesson Table includes a full list of the assigned lessons that a student worked on during the assignment. Each row shows key details about each lesson, including the lesson name, time spent, and status. In the Action column, click Play Lesson to view a sample version of the lesson.
Lesson Status is indicated by an icon:
| Shows a student has completed the lesson with demonstrated understanding. | |
| ✔ | Indicates the student completed the lesson with no demonstrated understanding. |
| Is an indicator that the student may need assistance. It means the student completed the lesson at least 2 times with no demonstrated understanding. | |
| Shows that the student paused and has not completed the lesson. |
