Creating a Trial
If you have not tried a DreamBox Math trial, we recommend that you do so! Signing up for a 14-day home trial is quick and easy.

Converting Your Trial to a Paid Subscription
If you have already completed your trial and you are ready to purchase, there are two ways you can upgrade your trial to a paid subscription from inside your Family Dashboard.
Option 1: Account Settings
- Sign in to your Family Dashboard and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Click My Subscription and then select the Buy a Subscription link.
- At the top of the order form, you can choose the student(s) that used the free trial by clicking the checkbox beside their name. You can also add new students by clicking the Add a Student link.
- After you have entered your credit card information, click the orange Start My Subscription button. A receipt and confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
Option 2: Use the 'Subscribe Now' Button
- Sign in to your Family Dashboard and click the Subscribe Now button in the banner at the top of the screen.
- When the Subscription Sign Up page opens, select and/or add the children for which you would like to purchase a subscription, choose a plan, and enter your billing information.
- Click Start my subscription.
Converting an Expired Trial to a Paid Subscription
- Sign in to your Family Dashboard and select Account Settings.
- Click My Subscription, and then select Buy a Subscription.
- When the subscription information page opens, select and/or add the children for which you would like to purchase a subscription, choose a plan, and enter your billing information.
- Click Start my subscription.
Pricing and Auto-Renewal
Home Subscription Pricing
You will automatically be offered the most economical rate available, which is usually the six-month plan, but you can opt for a monthly subscription by clicking the Click Here to Subscribe Monthly link.

Auto-Renewal
This is an Auto-Renewing Subscription. You will automatically be charged on the credit card you provided for the account once a month or once every six months, based on your subscription. An email notification is sent five days before your card is charged. If you do not want to be charged automatically, you can cancel your account any time before your account auto-renews. Your account will complete its term, and you will not be charged or renew your subscription.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with DreamBox Learning you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund within 30 days of starting your DreamBox account. It's that simple. Your refund will be processed to your card within 2-3 business days.
