The Assignment History Report tracks current and historical data on how students are performing on assigned lessons during the school year. This Assignment History Report updates in almost real-time providing actionable feedback on targeted lessons.
Opening the Assignment History Report
The Assignments History Report can be opened from the teacher’s Home Page or the Reports Page in your dashboard.
From the Home Page
Step 1: Log in to your account and click Home in the Top Navigation Pane.
Step 2: Adjust the classroom and student filters to view the Assignment History Report for the entire classroom or a single student.
- To view the Assignment History for a classroom, select the classroom and All Students.
- To view the Individual Assignment History for a specific student, select the classroom and student name from the drop-down filters.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click view assignment history.
From the Reports Page
Step 1: Log in to your account and choose Reports in the top navigation pane.
Step 2: Adjust the classroom and student filters to view the Assignment History Report for the entire classroom or a single student.
- To view the Assignment History for a classroom, select the classroom and All Students.
- To view the Individual Assignment History for a specific student, select the classroom and student name using the drop-down menus.
Note: Administrators may also need to select the school and teacher before selecting the classroom and student. |
Step 3: Click the Assignment History tile.
Short-Term Assignment Cards
To view all students who have been assigned the lesson, click the arrow in the bottom-right corner to expand the Assignment Card. Click the arrow again to collapse it.
On a Short-Term Assignment, click More in the Details column to view the lessons a student completed for the assignment and the time spent on each lesson.
Looking at the Lessons Column on the Assignment Card, a lesson status icon shows the status of each completed or paused lesson.
Icon | Meaning |
The student has completed the lesson with demonstrated understanding. | |
✔ | The student completed the lesson with no demonstrated understanding. |
The student may need assistance since they completed the lesson at least 2 times with no demonstrated understanding. | |
The student paused the lesson and has not returned and completed the lesson. |
Long-Term Assignments
On a Long-Term Assignment, click View to open an in-depth report of the student's progress in the standard or cluster. To learn more about the Long-Term Assignment Progress Report click here.
Note: On the Assignment card, click the name of a student to view the Student’s Overview Report. To learn more about the Overview Report click here. |
Exporting and Printing Assignment History
To export the report
Click Export in the top-right corner of the Reports Pane to download the student's assignment history as a CSV spreadsheet.
To print the report
Click Close Report in the top-right corner of the Reports Pane to close the report and return to the Reports page.
