After completing a Math or Reading Park lesson, 10% of 3rd - 8th-grade Math students and 3-5th grade Reading Park students will be able to rate the lesson and share this feedback with DreamBox. Their feedback will help internal teams learn how to better meet students' needs from the students themselves. No student feedback will be shared outside of DreamBox, Discovery Education, or used in marketing materials.

When Will a Student See the Lesson Feedback Survey?
Pop-Up Survey in the Math & Reading Park Environments
10% of 3rd - 8th-grade students will see a pop-up box after they complete a lesson. Students can complete the survey or close it and return to My Lessons.
Note: Students playing DreamBox Math in English will see the survey in English. Students playing DreamBox Math in Spanish will see the survey in Spanish.
6th-8th Grade Math Environment (Lesson Completion)
Students playing in the 6-8th grade Math environment will see two options after every lesson they complete. They can choose to complete the survey and rate the lesson or return to the My Lesson page.
Completing the Survey
If a student opens the survey but decides they do not want to complete it, they can close the survey and return to My Lessons.
- Students respond to four statements about the lesson they just finished by selecting variations of “Yes” or “No”. Before they select any answers, students can hear all statements and response options out loud.
- After the student selects a response for each question, they click Submit. They will see a confirmation message, thanking them for rating the lesson.
Note: Students must answer all questions to submit their feedback.

A: Not at this time.
Q: Can I ask that students in my district, school, classroom, or home not receive a survey?
A: While there is currently no option to opt out, rating the lesson is optional. Students can click the X in the box's top-right corner without responding to the survey.
