Sending DreamBox Feedback from the Student Environment

Students (and teachers or family members) can send DreamBox Math or Reading Park feedback using the envelope button in all of the student environments.

We recommend sending feedback to:

  • Make a comment on a lesson.
  • Suggest a DreamBox Math or Reading Park update.
  • Provide information to the DreamBox development team if something unexpected happens while playing a lesson.

Sending DreamBox Math or Reading Park Feedback

  • Click the envelope button in the bottom right corner of the screen (the image below is of DreamBox Math).

  • When the Messaging window opens, select the Feedback tab, add a subject, your feedback, and then click Send.

Support Icon-DBL_Tip Box_50px.png Sending feedback automatically sends specific information about the page the student is sending the message from, and details about how the program was functioning.
