There are a few things you can check if you are not receiving emails and notifications from DreamBox Math.

Troubleshooting Steps
1) Check your junk or spam folders. |
It is possible that our email notifications are being filtered out by your email service provider's junk or spam filters. If you have a junk or spam   folder, please check this to see if it contains your DreamBox Math emails. If so, mark them as "safe", "not junk", or "not spam", and they will move into your Inbox.
2) Add the following email addresses to your contacts or address book. |
After adding the email addresses to your contacts or address book, the emails should go to your inbox and no longer to the spam or junk folder.
3) Check your email address. |
If you are not seeing any emails from DreamBox Math in your junk or spam folders, please check with your school’s DreamBox Math administrator or IT department to ensure your email address was entered correctly for your account.
4) Check school filters. |
Some schools or institutions have strict spam filtering in place which may prevent our communications from properly reaching you. If this is the case then you may need to ask the relevant team(IT) or department to adjust your email settings.
