If you're unable to hear any audio in DreamBox programs, try these steps to resolve it:

- Click here to open our requirements checker tool in a new tab.
- Scroll down to the Sound test section and click the Play button. A voice will say, "Please adjust your computer volume so that the audio is easily heard in your speakers or headphones".
- If the voice is inaudible and you have verified audio to be working with other programs on your computer, please make sure your sound card is installed and configured properly.
