Launchpad Activation Basics
Who can activate Launchpad?
DreamBox Math district administrators can activate Launchpad for their district from the Settings section of their educator dashboard. School administrators and teachers can see if Launchpad is activated, but they cannot activate it.

After Launchpad is activated, can I deactivate it from the educator dashboard?
No. If your district needs to deactivate Launchpad, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
As a district administrator, will I need to activate Launchpad at the beginning of every new school year?
No. Launchpad will remain activated unless a district administrator contacts our Customer Support Team to request that Launchpad be deactivated.

Activating Launchpad for Your District
Before You Begin: How Do You Access the Launchpad Tab?
Educators follow different steps to access the Launchpad tab based on how their DreamBox Math educator dashboard is configured. The quickest way to determine which directions to follow is to sign into your educator dashboard and check the top navigation pane to see how you open administrator Settings.
In the table below, find the image that matches your dashboard and click the link to jump to the correct instructions.

Activate Launchpad by Clicking the Settings Icon
- Sign into your educator dashboard, click the Settings icon in the top navigation pane, and click the Launchpad tab.

Step 1: Verify your district's school year dates in DreamBox Math.

- Your next steps depend on the school year dates in the Launchpad tab. If you see:
| Correct dates for the current school year |
If the current school year:

| Incorrect dates for the current school year |
Contact our Customer Support Team and ask for an update to your district school year dates in DreamBox Math.

Step 2: If your school year dates are correct and the new school year has started, select the Activate Launchpad toggle.

Step 3: Click Update to confirm you want to activate Launchpad. The next time students log in to DreamBox Math, they will see the Launchpad rocket in the middle of their screens.

Activate Launchpad by Selecting DreamBox Settings
- Sign into your educator dashboard, click your name in the top right corner of the dashboard, and select DreamBox Settings in the drop-down list.

Step 1: When your DreamBox Settings open, select the Launchpad tab and verify your district's school year dates in DreamBox Math.

- Your next steps depend on the school year dates in the Launchpad tab. If you see:
