There are a few reasons why assignment boxes may not be displayed on the Lessons page of a student's dashboard. This article walks through possible causes and how to resolve them.
When did the student complete the InSight assessment?
Students will not see the weekly instructional assignments boxes until the Monday after a student completes the initial InSight assessment. This means that any students who completed the InSight assessment during the current week will not see checkboxes until the following week.
Resolution: If the student completed the InSight assessment this week, check their dashboard Monday of next week. If the assignment boxes are still not there and you have confirmed the student completed the InSight assessment during the previous week, contact our Customer Support Team.
Is the class calendar set properly?
If the class calendar dates are not set properly, Reading Plus will not recognize students are assigned lessons. For example, if the calendar is still set with the previous year’s dates, students will not receive assignments because the calendar end date has passed.
Resolution: Confirm the class calendar has been set for the current instructional period. If it has been set correctly, contact our Customer Support Team.
