Wifi suddenly stopped working
  • Shut down all devices connected to the modem/router.
  • Power down and unplug the modem and the router.
  • Allow the devices to sit for 60 seconds unplugged.
  • Plug in and turn on the modem and router. Allow them to completely boot up until the front panel connection lights on the modem show a steady connection.
  • Start the device and allow it to completely boot up.
DreamBox is not loading If you’re not able to load DreamBox on any devices or see a spinning wheel, take a look at your modem and router.
  • If the lights are solid or blinking green or blue, this shows the device is plugged in and functioning correctly.
  • If there are blinking or solid orange lights, this indicates there is a connectivity issue.
  • If the lights are red, this typically indicates there is no connection.
We recommend referring to your user manual or contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to resolve the issue.
Intermittent connectivity issues

Intermittent Connectivity Issues can be caused in the following scenarios:

  • Too many devices connected or another device on the network is using up the bandwidth. For example, if another user is downloading a large file or streaming a movie.
  • Appliances, neighboring networks, and metal can interfere with a wifi network. Try moving your router to a different location to resolve the issue.
  • Unplugging and resetting your modem and router may resolve the issue.
