How Do You Open DreamBox Settings?
Educators follow different steps to access and update student language based on how their DreamBox Math educator dashboard is configured. The quickest way to determine which directions to follow is to sign into your educator dashboard and check the top navigation pane to see how you open program settings.
In the table below, find the image that matches your dashboard and click the link to jump to the correct instructions.

Teachers can update language for an entire classroom or for selected students. Click an option below to jump to the instructions.
Settings Icon: Updating Language for Selected Students
- Sign in to your Math educator dashboard and click the Settings icon in the top navigation pane, select the Roster tab, and choose a classroom from the Classrooms drop-down list (if needed).

- For each student who needs a language adjustment, click the drop-down arrow and select English or Spanish, and click Update to save your changes.

- Students will see the selected language the next time they sign in to DreamBox Math.

- Click the Settings icon in the top navigation pane, select the Class Settings tab, and choose a classroom from the Classrooms drop-down list (if needed).

- Sign into your Experience dashboard and open DreamBox Math.

- When your Math educator dashboard opens, click your name in the upper right corner and select DreamBox Settings.

- When your DreamBox settings tabs open, select Classrooms & Students Preferences and select the a class (if necessary).

- In the Language column, click the drop-down next to specific students and select a language. The language in the student roster will update, showing the selected language for each student. Click Update to save your changes.

| Q: How do I assign lessons in Spanish for a student? |
A: To make an assignment in Spanish for a student or group of students:
- Follow the directions above to adjust the student/s' language to Spanish in DreamBox Math.
- Create an assignment for the student/s.
Students will see the assigned lesson and begin playing DreamBox Math in Spanish the next time they sign in.
