Before You Begin
DreamBox Math Administrators
This article walks through how to update student information in a classroom from the teacher Roster tab inside the teacher Settings. If you are a school or district-level DreamBox Math administrator, click here to learn how to open the teacher Settings tabs.
Updating Language For Selected Students in a Classroom
To update a student or group of students' language in DreamBox Math:
- Click the Settings icon in the top navigation pane, select the Roster tab, and choose a classroom from the Classrooms drop-down list (if needed).

- For each student who needs a language adjustment, click the drop-down arrow and select English or Spanish, and click Update to save your changes.

- Students will see the selected language the next time they sign in to DreamBox Math.
Updating Language For All Students In a Classroom
To update the language for all students in a DreamBox Math classroom:
- Click the Settings icon in the top navigation pane, select the Class Settings tab, and choose a classroom from the Classrooms drop-down list (if needed).

- In the Language section, click the drop-down arrow, select a language, and then click Update to save your changes.

| Q: How do I assign lessons in Spanish for a student? |
A: To make an assignment in Spanish for a student or group of students:
- Follow the directions above to adjust the student/s' language to Spanish in DreamBox Math.
- Create an assignment for the student/s.
Students will see the assigned lesson and begin playing DreamBox Math in Spanish the next time they sign in.
