This article walks through where to find resources to introduce DreamBox Math to families, including how to locate and print family access letters and/or login cards for students who use Direct Login.
How Do You Open DreamBox Settings?
Educators follow different steps to locate how their students will sign in from home, based on how their DreamBox Math educator dashboard is configured. The quickest way to determine which directions to follow is to sign into your educator dashboard and check the top navigation pane to see how you open DreamBox Math settings.

Settings Icon: Printing Family Access Letters, Login Cards, and Single Sign-On QR Codes
If you see the Settings icon at the top of your dashboard, you can print Family access letters in English or Spanish and students' Direct Login cards from the Roster Management section of the Home page. Clever Badges or ClassLink QuickCards need to be printed from your Clever or ClassLink dashboard.

Before you begin: DreamBox Math Administrators
Administrators do not see the Home icon in their top navigation bar unless they are associated with a DreamBox Math classroom. However, administrators can view a specific teacher's Home page.

Finding and Printing Family Access Letters and Login Cards (Teachers)
- Select Home at the top of the educator dashboard and select either:
- Default and then Classroom name.
- Groups and then Group name.

- Scroll down to the Roster Management section of the Home page and select the resource you would like to print.

What do Student Login Cards Look Like?
Printing Clever Badges or ClassLink QuickCards
The most accurate directions to print Clever Badges or ClassLink QuickCards are found in the Clever or ClassLink help centers.

If you do not see the Settings icon at the top of your dashboard, where student login credentials are located and what information you share with families depends on how your students sign in and open DreamBox Math.

Click a sign-in method to jump to information about that method:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Students sign in using Google Classrooms, ClassLink, Microsoft, or Clever using district-managed usernames and passwords. Student SSO credentials are managed by your district.
What to share with families:
- Share the directions your district or school have created for families to help students sign in from home.
- If your students will sign in using a Clever Badge or ClassLink Quick Card, print and share these as well.

Direct Login (Text Usernames and Passwords)
Students sign in using the Discovery Education Login page with teacher-managed usernames and passwords.
What to share with families:
- The student login slips you saved when you generated the passwords for all students in your classroom.

QR Codes
Students sign in using a teacher-managed QR code. They do not need to enter a username or password.
What to share with families:
