DreamBox Reading Park Student Experience: Learning Environments

DreamBox Reading Park includes two learning environments designed to engage learners working at different grade levels. In this article you will:

  • Learn more about each environment
  • Watch the introduction videos students will see when they enter each environment for the first time. 

Grades K-2 

In the K-2nd grade learning environment (the Reading Park), students meet Monster friends who are learning to read and need help finding the missing pages of a book. As students explore early literacy skills during lessons and learning quests, they help the Monsters reassemble the book.

Grades 3-5

In the 3rd-5th grade environment, students can:

  • Choose the lesson they want to play.
  • Earn tokens as they complete lessons that they can use in-program to personalize the environment.
  • Track their learning progress.
  • Update their avatar, background, and audio choices.
  • Play nano and mini-games.
  • Rate DreamBox Reading lessons
  • Send feedback to DreamBox Reading.
