The Home Page brings together weekly data about your class(es) into a single view that you can easily scroll through to plan your day-to-day. From your Home page, you can review weekly student usage stats, notifications about milestones or students who may need assistance, what students are working on in DreamBox Math, create Assignments, and access roster information and sign in credentials.

To open the Home page, click the Home icon. Use the filters at the top of the page to view student usage data from the current or previous week, or select a specific classroom or student.
How do I know when a week starts and stops?
Week boundaries run from Sunday to Saturday to match standard calendars. This Week includes data for today. For example, if today is Thursday, October 8, 2023, This Week will be Sunday, October 4th to Saturday, October 10th and Last Week will be Sunday, September 27th to Saturday, October 3rd.
Note: If you are a district or school-level administrator and are not associated with a classroom, you will not see the Home icon at the top of the page. Administrators can select and view existing teachers' Home Pages using View Mode. Click here to learn more about how to view a teacher's Home Page as an administrator via View Mode. |
The Student Usage Section
The Student Usage section of the Home Page allows you to see student usage at a glance, including the last activity completed, total time on DreamBox, and lessons completed for the selected week.
The Alerts and Achievements Section
This section highlights which standards and lesson groups your students have completed for the selected week as well as which students may need your attention. You can also open the Activty Feed Report.
What are Lesson Groups in DreamBox Math? Math lessons in DreamBox come in groups, with each successive lesson building on the skills and concepts the student was working on in the previous lesson. While they may look and feel the same, each progressive lesson will offer more challenging questions or offer less assistance to find the solution. Multiple lessons make up a Lesson Group, and multiple Lesson Groups make up a Standard or Domain in DreamBox Math. |
The Currently Playing Section
This section provides you with insight into what Lesson Groups your students are currently working on as well as what Grade Level and Domain. The Currently Playing section will update throughout the week. Select view standards report in the top right corner to take a deeper look at which standards your students are working on.
When you are preparing for your upcoming week, you can look at where your students played last week and use this information to create small groups for specific focus areas, send student messages, or make assignments.
